Pro-Búsqueda commemorates 32 years of searching, memory, and reunions

In August, the Pro-Búsqueda Association for Disappeared Children commemorates 32 years of accompanying families in the search for their loved ones disappeared during the Salvadoran armed conflict.

Since its founding in 1994, Pro-Búsqueda has worked for the right to truth, identity, justice, and reunion, accompanying hundreds of families and making numerous reunions possible.

32 years after that beginning, the organization recognizes the path traveled and the progress made, but also remembers that there are still families waiting for answers.

32 years later, the search continues.
